Anticipating Apple's Event and Latest Innovations

Ah, its that special time of year again. A sense of excitement hangs in the air as the days grow shorter 😐 and September approaches. It is already getting darker an hour earlier where I live and I am not okay. But that's okay cause I'll have some new tech to fan girl over here soon😅.

Rumors swirls and speculation is running rampant! The wave of anticipation has swept through the online communities and forums dedicated to all things Apple. I have read SO MANY different things about the latest line of phones I don't know how to feel. I'm slightly overwhelmed with all of the information I'm ingesting buuuttttt, I can't stop reading every single blog post either haha 😆 . I'm sure enthusiasts like me are also gathering virtually, pouring over leaked images, deciphering cryptic messages in teaser videos, and engaging in passionate debates about what the new products would bring to the table. Will it be revolutionary? Evolutionary? Too expensive? Let's get into it.

So first things first, who actually NEEDS a new iPhone? I can't speak for everyone but I certainly do 🙃! No, seriously me and my iPhone 12 have been sticking it out but she is tired. She is ready to lay down and rub her feet together 😫😂. I could've upgraded a while ago I just didn't. So now we are here barely making it an half an hour on a full charge, apps force closing and all of the things older iPhone models do before they just quit. Surprisingly my camera is still pretty good. That's about all that's still pretty good too. So I believe us iPhone users with older models like the X, XR, 11 & 12 lines, It's time guys. We must stop saying "my phone works just fine I don't need a new one". YES YOU DEWWWWWW😭😂 (in my Eric Mayes voice). Now if you just recently purchased a 13 or 14 model you may be able to hold off for a while. I saw this TikTok that really broke down every Apple product currently available for sale. The lineup is set to emulate that of the iPhone 14, encompassing not only the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus, but also introducing the higher-tier models, namely the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. USB-C will replace Lightning. As I'm sure most people are aware as this was announced months ago. The Pro and Pro Max may have a new periscope zoom, but it might just be the Pro Max. These two things right here make it a pretty big deal to those who care, of course. Oh, and can't forget The Dynamic Island will come to all iPhone 15 models, so the notch is being rebranded in a way. I guess.

I can't really say too much about pricing as everything I have read has not been confirmed or denied by Apple. I can assume they will be pricier considering inflation. We were just buying $8 eggs not too long ago so no surprise there. Most consumers who plan on purchasing a new phone usually know how much they are willing to spend on it anyway. Pick the model that fits your budget and needs, just that simple. A vlogger or content creator may want the Pro or Pro Max models. Someone needing a new phone just for personal use could probably get by with a 15 or 15 Plus.

Now my least favorite "rumor" about the latest iPhones are the colors. Why are the colors so limited and bland? 😐 All of the nice, refreshing colors they offered for the previous flagship models and the best they could come up with is 3 shades of grey and a ashy navy blue!? Tim sweetie, what are you doing? I am so disappointed they won't have gold. Or at least thats what I'm reading. I guess we have to wait until September 12th to really find out.

And so, the cycle continues, year after year. The annual ritual that connects us Apple/tech enthusiasts – a shared journey from speculation to revelation, from anticipation to unbridled excitement, as we welcome yet another chapter in technology with open ears and... wallets? Maybe?
